Solution Selling NEWS New staff often require training to get them up to speed with company requirements and policies.  Just like a new worker, seasoned workers will also benefit from workplace training.  Etiquette in business is an important part when speaking with customers and assisting them with their individual needs.  If you have bad customer service, try and work out when the problems occur and ask the staff to come up with some solutions for them .  Attitude adjusting training may be recommended if you find you are coming across an apathetic or impolite hostility in your environment.  If you are  supplying excellent service to clients, they will tell you in one form or another.  Review the results by requiring your staff to do reviews or provide case studies.  Be different and earn the results which are outside of the box .  Going the extra mile to make a customer happy is always worthwhile.  A team training event will most likely be excellent for motivation and morale.
